Online Booking

 

By booking services through our Website, you agree that:

  • you are authorized to request service at the property address provided;

  • you will provide accurate contact information, service address, and any access instructions (gate codes, locked areas, HOA rules, etc.);

  • your booking request may be confirmed, modified, or declined by Torres Clean depending on service availability, travel distance, safety conditions, or other operational limitations;

  • appointment time windows are estimates, and we may arrive earlier or later due to traffic, weather, or job duration variability.

Scope of Services

 

Our solar panel cleaning services generally include cleaning the surface of accessible solar panels using methods we determine appropriate (commonly deionized water and soft brushes). The exact scope depends on your selected package and site conditions.

We do not guarantee the restoration of panel performance, increases in energy production, or the removal of all stains (including hard-water mineral etching, permanent discoloration, or pre-existing damage).

Property Access & Site Requirements

 

You agree to provide safe access to the work area on the scheduled date, including:

  • clear access to the panels and work areas (move vehicles, unlock gates, secure pets, etc.);

  • water access: [e.g., exterior hose bib/spigot] unless your service package states we supply water;

If we cannot access the panels due to blocked access, locked gates, aggressive animals, or unsafe conditions, you may be charged a trip fee of $50 or 15% of the service price.

Roof Safety & Right to Refuse Service

 

Safety comes first. Torres Clean may refuse, stop, or modify service if conditions are unsafe or high-risk, including (but not limited to):

  • steep pitch, fragile or slippery roofing materials;

  • wet/icy conditions;

  • unsafe ladder placement;

  • structural concerns;

  • electrical hazards;

  • excessive wind, lightning, wildfire smoke/evacuation, or other dangerous weather.

If service is refused for safety reasons, we may offer an alternative method (if available) or reschedule. If we arrive and cannot safely perform the work, a trip fee may apply as described above.

Pricing, Quotes, and Changes

 

Prices displayed on the Website are subject to change. Final pricing may depend on:

  • number of panels and layout;

  • roof height/pitch/access;

  • additional add-ons requested onsite.

If conditions require a price adjustment, we will notify you before proceeding. If you decline the updated price, the service may be canceled

Online Payments, Deposits, and Authorization

 

When you submit payment online, you authorize Torres Clean (and our payment processor) to charge your provided payment method for:

  • the booked service amount;

  • applicable taxes/fees (if any);

  • approved add-ons;

  • any applicable cancellation, no-show, or trip fees as permitted by these Terms.

We do not store full card details; payments are processed through a third-party payment processor.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Suggested policy:

  • Cancel 48+ hours before appointment: no fee;

  • cancel within 48 hours: $25;

  • same-day cancellation/no-show: $50

  • Reschedule 24+ hours before appointment: no fee;

  • Reschedule within 24 hours: $10;

We may cancel or reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or safety concerns. If we cancel, you may reschedule or receive a refund of prepaid amounts (excluding completed services).

Refunds

​

  • If you prepay and we do not perform the service, you will receive a refund of the prepaid amount (minus any non-refundable fees clearly disclosed at purchase, if applicable).

  • If service is completed, payments are generally non-refundable, but we will address quality issues under the Satisfaction Policy below.

  • Payment processor fees may be non-refundable depending on the payment platform’s policy.

Satisfaction Policy

 

If you’re unhappy with the cleaning results, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion and provide photos if requested. At our option, we may:

  • re-clean affected areas; or

  • provide a partial credit.

This policy does not cover permanent staining/etching, pre-existing damage, access limitations, or conditions beyond our control.

Pre-Existing Damage Disclaimer

 

Solar panels, mounting hardware, roof tiles/shingles, and electrical components can be fragile or already damaged. By booking service, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for disclosing known issues (leaks, cracked tiles, panel damage, loose mounts, faulty wiring);

  • Torres Clean is not responsible for pre-existing damage or hidden defects.

Photos  &  Marketing

 

We may take before/after photos for documentation and quality control. With your consent (or if you opt-in during checkout), we may use photos for marketing, ensuring no personal identifying information is shown.

You can opt out of marketing use by notifying us in writing before service.

​

Chargebacks & Fraud

 

If you file a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we may provide your booking records, communications, and before/after documentation to the payment processor. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in being blocked from future services and may be pursued as permitted by law.

​

Third-Party Payment Processor

 

Online payments may be processed by third parties (e.g., Venmo, Zelle, PayPal). Your payment is also subject to their terms and privacy policies. Torres Clean is not responsible for outages or errors caused by third-party payment systems.
